Aha Translator is a small writing-extension team. We do not publish a phone number, a postal address, or a live-chat widget. The inbox is the canonical contact channel, and we read it in English, Chinese, and Portuguese.

When you write, say what you were trying to do, which browser and extension version you use, and attach a screenshot if the problem is visual. For billing, include the account email. For security reports, describe the issue without attaching secrets; we will reply with a safer channel if one is needed.

API access and OAuth client registration are not self-serve. Start from https://www.ahatranslator.com/en/developers and email the same address so the request stays on one thread.

Do not use this inbox to ask Aha to send email on a user's behalf or to provide an unrestricted translation API. Those are outside the product.
